Under his leadership, Persefoni has grown from a startup to a recognised global leader in the climate tech space, integrating machine learning, artificial intelligence, and enterprise resource planning into a single platform used by organisations worldwide.

Across his career, Jason has worked across production operations, industrial internet of things, digital product management, people operations, and risk management, giving him a uniquely broad perspective on building and scaling complex businesses. He holds multiple patents, publications, and certifications in the field of IIoT and led the launch of the first Climate Management and Accounting Platform to market.

At Persefoni, Jason oversees all back-office functions, strategic vision, operations, and partnerships, while advising on emerging industrial technologies and best practices.
